We will provide your organization with all required forms and special instructions required by local authorities to support any type of international background check request. We can also have them translated into local languages based on geography. Our special instructions and consent forms address all relevant overseas Privacy, Human Rights and many local employment provisions guaranteeing that the screening process is compliant with local climates.
Once your screening solution is up and running, we will make sure your program is transparent where needed and consistent throughout the organization.
Data Collection
We can collect applicant data using a multitude methods including online employment applications, integrations into your existing HR software, online ordering or even faxes.
Disbursement
Once information is gathered via our online global platform, IScreenTM it is distributed automatically into our case management system. Data is then forwarded to the appropriate information sources, whether a former employer in the United States, a university registrar’s office in Taiwan, or a central criminal records registry agency in Paris France.
Research
Information not gathered instantly (i.e. overseas credit bureaus or some government agencies) is researched by our in-house analysts and is then accessible to you through IScreenTM or through your existing HR software (via one of your preferred integrations).
Quality Review / Compliance
All information is filtered through a stringent quality and compliance review process using a combination of a highly automated system and an experienced data protection analyst for data integrity, compliance with overseas regulatory requirements, court house accuracy and narrative competency.
Results
Once completed, results are sent to the end-user via IScreenTM, fax, email or electronic data exchange. HR can choose to have customized reports detailing complete information or based on simple hire or no hire procedure. Results are always available online, 24/7 365.
