Our Management Team

	Terrance “Terry” Corley - President & COO Founder of International Screening Solutions in 2007, Terry used his knowledge of the global market and the international background check business model to assemble a team of experts to provide international background information services and delivery systems to the screening industry. He maintains a unique understanding of the “rules of the road” and best practices associated with global employee screening. Over the past nine years, Terry has become recognized within the screening industry as a leading subject matter expert on international employee screening and overseas privacy. He has over nineteen years experience in personal protection, government and corporate investigations. He brings extensive operational experience to the business because of his extensive background in developing global background investigative operations for two previous companies and for providing thought-leadership to the NAPBS (National Association of Pre-employment Background Screeners). Under his leadership, the company is setting the standard in global background checking.
	Chuck Papageorgiou - Chairman & CEO Chuck has managed organizations ranging from 5 person startups to 1000+ employee international operations. He has held a number of executive positions including, Executive Vice President - International Employer Services for First Advantage, President & CEO of Discrete Wireless, Inc. a wireless Managed Service Provider, Founder, President and CEO of Transportal Network, an internet-based solutions provider to the transportation industry, President of, Intellisource Advisory Services and held a number management positions with United Parcel Service in Information Technology, Operations, International Strategic Planning, and Quality Planning.
	Eric Beach - Chief Technology Officer Eric is responsible for managing all technology decisions, architecture and software development for ISS. He brings over 20 years of IT experience to the company and along with an extensive knowledge of leading technologies. Many of these years were spent in senior-level leadership roles managing both large and small-scale technology projects and contributing technical strategy for one of the largest suppliers of logistics and warehousing services in North America. Eric has been responsible for the management, design, development, implementation and support of significant enterprise-wide application solutions and infrastructures for accounting and finance, human resources and payroll, warehouse management, transportation, data warehousing, data communications, e-business, workflow and content management. He was also a founding member and IT executive for an internet-based solutions provider serving the transportation industry where he was responsible for all e-commerce and collaborative technology initiatives.
	Kristin L. Stafford - Senior Vice President, Operations Kristin joined International Screening Solutions in early 2009, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in Operations Management, Process Architecture and Software Development. She has organized and managed teams of up to 75 employees. Prior to joining ISS she managed the financial operation of a large Atlanta based financial services corporation, served as a Senior Consultant for Delta Technology and Northern Trust Bank and held management roles with GE Capital. In her role at ISS, Kristin utilizes her operations and process architecture management experience to oversee operations for the company. She is also serving as a senior project manager of the company’s proprietary software development.
	Siriporn Austin - Assistant Vice President, Client Services Siriporn Austin joined International Screening Solutions, Inc at its initial inception in 2007. She brings with her nearly 8 years in international background screening. Siriporn has designed and implemented numerous research tools specially designed for overseas research with leading screening companies, General Information Services, Inc. (GIS). and Global Screening Solutions, Inc. (GSS). She has managed all facets of overseas research and office management from case intake of client new search requests, researching overseas records, vendor management, and field results to assuring that all overseas research is updated into ISS’s proprietary system and thus onto our clients in the most efficient and accurate manner. In her new role at ISS, she is a liaison between clients who utilize our services. She is the primary contact for clients to voice their questions, status inquiries, concerns, and feedback, regarding our services. She also oversees the Client Services Department, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care.
