Chuck Papageorgiou

Chuck Papageorgiou – Chairman & CEO

Chuck has managed organizations ranging from 5 person startups to 1000+ employee international operations. He has held a number of executive positions including, Executive Vice President – International Employer Services for First Advantage, President & CEO of Discrete Wireless, Inc. a wireless Managed Service Provider, Founder, President and CEO of Transportal Network, an internet-based solutions provider to the transportation industry, President of, Intellisource Advisory Services and held a number management positions with United Parcel Service in Information Technology, Operations, International Strategic Planning, and Quality Planning.

Kristin L. Stafford – Chief Operating Officer

Kristin joined International Screening Solutions in early 2009, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in Operations Management, Process Architecture and Software Development. She has organized and managed teams of up to 75 employees. Prior to joining ISS she managed the financial operation of a large Atlanta based financial services corporation, served as a Senior Consultant for Delta Technology and Northern Trust Bank and held management roles with GE Capital. In her role at ISS, Kristin utilizes her operations and process architecture management experience to oversee operations for the company. She is also serving as a senior project manager of the company’s proprietary software development.

Eric Beach

Eric Beach – Chief Technology Officer

Eric is responsible for managing all technology decisions, architecture and software development for ISS. He brings over 20 years of IT experience to the company and along with an extensive knowledge of leading technologies. Many of these years were spent in senior-level leadership roles managing both large and small-scale technology projects and contributing technical strategy for one of the largest suppliers of logistics and warehousing services in North America. Eric has been responsible for the management, design, development, implementation and support of significant enterprise-wide application solutions and infrastructures for accounting and finance, human resources and payroll, warehouse management, transportation, data warehousing, data communications, e-business, workflow and content management. He was also a founding member and IT executive for an internet-based solutions provider serving the transportation industry where he was responsible for all e-commerce and collaborative technology initiatives.

Nitza Lamas – Director, Product Development

Nitza has 25 years of experience in business analysis, product development and systems change management in the risk management industry. She has delivered cost-effective business and client solutions, and has honed her team building and leadership skills while managing the relationships to achieve targeted objectives and deliverables. She has deep experience managing complex technology migrations and developing and implementing new solutions without business interruption. As a consultant, Nitza has been involved in operating systems reviews and development of Drug Screening systems and International Screening offerings. Previously, Nitza worked for ChoicePoint’s Workplace Solutions business unit in various executive positions. In her latest role as Vice President of Client and Strategic Platform Migrations, Nitza was responsible for migrating clients and retiring legacy production platforms. In this role she lead her team in developing a new methodology to migrate clients to new systems, evaluating each platform individually for gap analysis, risk mitigation, cost analysis, then developed and executed action plans for each project. Previously, in her role as Vice President of Client Solutions, Nitza integrated ChoicePoint systems to leading industry platforms such as Taleo, PeopleSoft/Oracle, Hodes IQ, HR-Smart and others. In addition, she lead the development of customized on-line web applications for enterprise-level clients such as Deloitte, Southern Company, RadioShack, Prudential and others.
