ISS is a rapidly growing industry leader in global employee background screening, seeks best-of-the-best Business Development professionals to expand our international background check services in the U.S. and global market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with new or potential clients in order to generate sales

Ability to use consultative sales strategies to effectively schedule appointments and/or presentations.

Explain to customers how our international services will help them achieve their objectives
-
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and potential customers
-
Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts
-
Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
-
Attend trade shows and other networking events to build relationships with existing or potential clients
-
Provide clients with estimates of the costs of products or services.

Inform and recommend appropriate services and packages to potential or new clients depending on their needs
Knowledge and Skills

Excellent communications skills are required, both written and oral.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.

Displays good organizational skills.

Good follow-up skills; see’s task to completion.

Knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet Explorer.
Qualifications/Requirements

Demonstrated success in building accounts from the ground up, beginning with cold calls to targeted lists

Track record of consistently exceeding quota

Strong consultative/solution oriented sales approach

Strong negotiating skills
-
2-5 years in a Sales, Sales support, or customer service role

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
