Marketing Specialist

Term: Part-time

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing various web marketing programs including SEO.
  • Producing marketing events, including planning, logistics and execution.
  • Producing lead-tracking, web metrics, ROI and other analytical reports.
  • Managing the content generation and distribution of the quarterly newsletter.
  • Working directly with Sales to determine, create, and maintain communication programs and tools to support objectives and the strategy of the company. 
  • Creating product marketing materials including collateral and sales presentations.
  • Managing creative projects with marketing vendors.
  • Managing marketing databases and mailing lists.
  • Leading marketing projects with the production of direct marketing campaigns, customer communications, advertising, sales tools, presentations, signage, webinars and collateral development.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2-5 years experience in Marketing
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate technical information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work well in cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated independence and ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, flexible, team-player
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office, web applications, HTML a plus
